The statement of “unlimited space” does not give them lots of credibility, as we all know that such companies rely on the fact the some people hardly use any space and thus they can offer more space to those who need it. In any case, we believe SimpleHost is a serious company. You can make an autoinstallation of a phpBB on your accoutn through your control panel.

SimpleHost replies to customer support requests from 12 to 24 hours. This is not an amazing rate, but at least you get a solution of your problem. They also offer simple tutorials for self-help.

Our Evaluation

SimpleHost managed to rank high in our directory because of its feature-price ratio and because they have prepared some pretty useful tutorials available to all. However, they do not seem to be highly reliable as far as server uptime is involved.
